We are offering Telehealth through TheraNest. Masks are required in the building. During sessions, we will be 6 feet apart, mask will be worn at the request of the client. During the meditation class, masks are required and social distancing protocols are followed. We are continually assessing the state's Covid-19 guidelines and will conduct classes via Zoom or in person classes as appropriate.
