In our weekly meditation class you will learn a wide variety of breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditations that will help you to quiet thoughts, regulate emotions, and discover how these thoughts and emotions show up in our bodies.
Developing a meditation practice will also help you learn how to return to a relaxed body which will allow you to use a more calm and rational part of the brain. The class will begin with a detox and relaxation meditation, followed by sharing and discussion.
Further meditations will be explored based on the needs of class participants and then the class will end with a grounding meditation and setting of intentions for the week. We are also offering
